Karina, Olive, and Hazel submitted 55 pieces of baking, photography, and crafts for the local fair. 


At $5 for first, $4 for second, and $3 for third, there was even a little financial incentive involved.

As many of the categories only had one, two, or three contestants, a podium spot was guaranteed.


Overall Seth Godiin would be proud of how much work the girls ‘shipped’. They worked hard, but under the time constraints of a tight deadline, perfection was a luxury not afforded.


While many of us are paralyzed by planning, analysis, and perfection, there is something empowering about shipping the work fast, and just ‘doing’.
