What we’re built for

Cosmo would spend all day hunting prey. Bounding hole to hole, sniffing, digging, waiting, never tiring, and never stopping for food. It's in his nature. It's what he was designed for.
Unfortunately, his tether to our civilized world has limited him to a three acre farm yard, with intermittent escape missions requiring search party retrieval. We love him too much to risk him being run over by traffic, or lost to nature.
Many humans I know share an analogous problem. While designed to solve problems, express curiosity, move, explore, and build, most are tethered to a desk, pounding away at a computer terminal all day long. No connection to nature, no connection to purpose, no spark.
Each one of us is designed to do something special, our DNA steeped with unique ability, desire, and aptitude. Like a compass pulling north, you can sense when your path and purpose are aligned. Don’t ignore the pull of your calling, the things that draw you in, challenge you, and bring out the best version of you.
Your true path will elicit curiosity, require creativity, and very rarely take place in a cubicle.
Pursue with vigour. Build with purpose.
Now, that's a peak ethos.
