Life is simple

During our yearly strategy planning session we landed on a pretty simple mantra:

Build capacity and eliminate capacity vampires.

During that same meeting meeting, my sister Ashley, shared a story about the following theme:

There are only two types of people: energy givers and energy takers.

That night the girls and I read a book together:

“Filling other peoples’ buckets, fills your bucket.”

The right path in life is quite simple:

Consistently fill people’s buckets, energize others, and vamp the vampires. 

• Now that’s a peak ethos.
