It was recent discussions around multi-level marketing, and stories of the cult-like organizations drawing people in, that got me thinking. 

The power of a charismatic leader is infectious, and that can be either good or bad. 

Are they surrounded by intrigue, chaos, ego, and drama?

Or do they embody the characteristics of someone you strive to be one day?

It may be worth asking yourself if the mountain your climbing even has a summit worth reaching.
