Over deliver

I received an unexpected package in the mail this week that contained the original owners manual and an extra set of keys for a used motorcycle that we bought for Hazel.

The bike was found on Kijiji, the deal was completed, and there were no expectations or discussions about getting any further ‘stuff’.

Yet, the previous owner located the extras, took the time to get to the post office, paid money to mail the package, none of which he had to do.

I was impressed by the character of this young dad who took time out of his busy life (three sons in hockey and a career), to make the effort to ensure maximum satisfaction.

A huge shout out to the people who over-deliver without expectation.
