A Tale of Two Leaders

Karina came home this week, so impressed with her new principal. 

A funny, positive guy, working hard to set a tone of clear expectations, candor, and joy.

Paradoxically, at another location I’ve heard rumblings of closed door collusion, unspoken grievances, pouty attitudes, blame, greed, and ego.

Culture is set at the top.

The adjectives that describe your leadership, will likely describe the qualities that permeate your organization. 

I know which one I’d choose.
